How do you descirbe the best agent there is?? She is thoughful, persistent, direct when needed and gentle when called for, has the patience of Job, and is the consumate professional. Being in the industry, I work locally with top professionals, and you could say it is hard to impress me. Shannon blew me out of the water. We were looking for a home in NC, while living in CO. She went to multiple houses, completing virtual tours, helped us to narrow down what we were looking for (even though for months we were all over the place). We have been coming to the Outer Banks for nearly 20 years, and could not find an agent willing to help us when we were out of state, and always were too busy when we were in town. Laurel was great. She advocated for me at every corner of our negotiations with our seller and offered good advice at every turn of the process. I ended up closing on the home I wanted in less than 30 days, Laurel had very good timing and very quickly got an inspector out to the home and submitted all paperwork to my lender and settlement agency asap. Brandon was awesome. His entire team made things seamless, being both a good sounding board and a great advocate.
