Carlos Nater was born and raised on the enchanting island of Puerto Rico, in the heart of the Caribbean. At a young age, Carlos found himself doing construction work with his grandfather who was a well-respected builder, and carpentry with his father, both experienced teachers in their respective areas.

Married to an Interior Designer and parents of three beautiful girls, the Naters’ moved to Hillsborough, North Carolina in 2020, where they assembled a team of talented workers and established Nater Equity, a home renovations company in the Triangle Area.

Carlos is grateful and humbled to be able to lift the load and ease the path for his clients from the intricate yet exciting process of home buying and selling. He is a dedicated Realtor with vast construction experience, willing to get dirty, remove any doubts, and support his clients in making educated decisions.

Carlos is bilingual (Spanish & English), in his youth he was a professional swimmer. Today he is a highly skilled catamaran sailor, hang glider pilot, pianist, and motorcycle enthusiast.
