Kathlyn Boyd is a native of the Wilmington area. She grew up in Hampstead, NC and attended Cape Fear Community College. Kathlyn started her professional career in medical billing and administration but decided to stay home with her two beautiful children and pursue her real estate career and creative passions. She sells her custom art on Etsy, earned her real estate license, and launched a successful Glamping business all while raising two little humans.

Having witnessed the immense growth Wilmington and the surrounding areas have encountered over the past few decades gives Kathlyn a first-hand look at the area’s real estate market. Kathlyn believes the most important aspect to any business is a relationship built from trust, care and loyalty. She takes the time to understand her clients and ensure whether they are buying or selling a home, that the experience is fun, effortless and stress free. 

Kathlyn resides in Leland, NC with her husband and two children. When she is not doing real estate, you can find her spending time with family and friends, relaxing on the beach, or tackling a new home project or furniture creation.
