Chip moved to Raleigh in 2015 from his hometown of Annapolis, Maryland and is extremely proud to live in such a booming and beautiful region. The majority of his career has been in leadership roles, sales & operations management within the luxury retail world, focusing on first-class service, priding himself on building strong relationships focused on trust & integrity. 

His approach to real estate is firmly rooted in the belief that luxury is an experience, not a price point and is committed to open, honest, communication and truly loves helping his clients successfully make their next move. Chip's unstoppable work ethic stems from a commitment to trust, reputation, and accountability and holds himself to the highest standards, offering white-glove service to all. 

Chip’s first priority is to genuinely connect with his clients and to provide them with every possible tool to make their real estate journey a positive one from start to finish. He spends his spare time with his two dogs, Duke and Brodie, and participating in equestrian sports with his horse Finnegan.
