More than anything, I believe in people. One of my strongest skills is my ability to help people achieve their goals. I am most passionate about coaching, training, mentoring, growing businesses and “growing people”. 

I am a native of North Carolina, and have been in some facet of sales for over 15 years. Previously working in the lending world, and also as a VP of Sales for a national retail brand. 

During the past several years, I grew a real estate firm from 60 agents to nearly 200 agents, and lead an executive leadership team of ten covering four offices. As a team, we created an award-winning culture, developed technology and training programs that launched brand new agents into production in 90 days or less; far surpassing the typical status sales quo for new agents.  

Most important of all, we earned a reputation for inspiring our team to embrace what makes them unique and not be afraid to show who they truly are. I believe in out-of-the-box thinking, I believe in creating opportunities for everyone, no matter their background, to reach beyond what’s ordinary and familiar, I believe in coloring outside the lines, I believe in blue jeans and singing karaoke, and I believe with the right leadership and a nothing-can-stop-me vision, a real estate company can make a difference.
